A new law just passed in Massachusetts imposes fines of up to $1000 per day and up to a 30 day jail sentence for not obeying authorities during a public health emergency. So if you are instructed to take the swine flu vaccine in Massachusetts and you refuse, you could be facing fines that will bankrupt you and a prison sentence on top of that.

If you have not realized it yet, the controversy over swine flu vaccinations is about to get very, very real. The authorities know that a lot of people are extremely concerned about the safety of the swine flu vaccine, and they are putting the infrastructure in place to deal with those dissenters.
Let us hope that the worst case scenario with the swine flu does not take place, but the reality is that health authorities across the United States are gearing up for the biggest vaccination campaign in the nation's history. It looks like this fall could be very, very interesting.
Although this will create riots and massive violence and discontent, notwithstanding the leaked letters in the British news regarding Guillan Barre Syndrome and this vaccine, there is a way to address such an order using the maxims of law.
In other words, never refuse what is presented as an apparent “order.” When you refuse you are in dishonor. This is still a voluntary universe. If ordered to take a vaccine, insist that the judge have the order in writing and that he must assume full responsibility for any adverse reaction/injury/death as a result of this command. The one making the demand upon the person despite the lack of a contract or agreement otherwise, must assume full responsibility as the person upon which the demand is being made becomes a ward of the moving party. Watch what happens. I might also throw in the Nuremburg Code regarding forced medical procedure or prophylaxis in my conditional counter-offer to receive the vaccine.

No one should ever take any vaccine. They ALL do damage on some level. There are many degenerative diseases that manifest later in life that are a direct cause of the vaccines given in youth. Even when children become ill immediately following vaccination, most parents don’t connect it. I know a woman whose baby stopped breathing and turned blue several times and had to be rushed to emergency in the 24 hours following the second series of shots(4 months old). Several years later, the identical thing happened to her second baby after vaccination. She still didn’t connect it. That’s how deeply brainwashed our society has become by the high priests of the religion of modern medicine. this is against our civil rights. I have two children who have autism spectrum disorders because of the mercury and other toxic agents put into vaccinations that I didn’t realize till too late. This article is inaccurate. The law which can result in fines NEVER mentions REQUIRING vaccinations. This article may as well have said, “…30 days in jail for refusing to eat an apple a day”.

The actual violations include, just for example, failing to ” adopt and enforce measures to provide for the safe disposal of infectious waste and human remains” and failing to “require in-state health care providers to assist in the performance of vaccination, treatment, examination, or testing of any individual as a condition of licensure, authorization, or the ability to continue to function as a health care provider in the commonwealth.” ASSIST WITH, not require. This is classic emergency situation language, not a plot.

How interesting…what a jewel this must be to conspiracy theorists? I ask you to consider a few things…to anyone who is up in arms about this
1. Go ahead and look up how vaccines work. Note that vaccines are not like antibiotics…they are not silver bullets, they are more like letting your immune system see the opponent’s (the virus’s) play book before a big game. What happens if the virus mutates away from this “strategy” or if not enough time is given to “train” your immune system before game day?
2. Just because something is a “pandemic” does not mean = bubonic plague! As someone who works in the human healthcare “industry” it is very likely that I will, in fact, encounter “H1M1″ or “Swine Flu”…two choice buzzwords that I sadly realize will be on everyones mind. But the majority of cases indicate that mortality is indeed quite low, lower it would seem then other cases of the “common” old-hat flu that we have all come to know and love.
Consider “superbugs,” are the most antibiotic resistant strains of bacteria also the most virulent strains of the bacteria? Given that I use the latter term to mean “the speed and aggressiveness of the attack” and not the simple fact that time+incurability+ (any active pathogen) leads to dubious results. (the common cold could be termed “incurable” in that it must run its course but it is typically rather benign)
3. No one can force a vaccine on you…there exist examples where “it is against your religion” but more concretely…what if your allergic to one of the vehicles/inactive components of the injection? Who is going to enforce this? Doctors already tired of the government paying for people to ride the train of free health care? As the son of one of these doctors I can tell you the answer…tho it is painfully obvious.
4. As someone who sees..on average..about 3-5 autistic children per day I can say this: I understand how sad and confusing it must be to parent a child which has been labeled with such a condition…well actually I can’t understand but I do empathize. However “Autism” is a poorly defined condition that begs existence on a triad of symptoms and is only evident to exist by this triad. Mercury in vaccines has not been causally linked to autism…and in fact if one were to list all of the hypothesized factors…which in reality probably only amount to their correlation.. to autism the list would go on ad infinitum. For example I saw a child today who was autistic and also suffered from a monosomy on chromosome 16. We must fight the urge to reach hasty conclusions even in the face of our fears.
5. Money knows no geographical loci: stop the ridiculous NWO BS…the scam here is fear mongering + pharm company “x” making billions off of said fear mongering Q source. Freemasonry aside…this is a money making scheme, not an occult uprising
6. Go outside and enjoy your life, find a good doctor and listen to that doctor. You dont want unnecessary vaccines but you dont want Polio either…you are going to die of something at some point. get over it.

If there is a declared emergency in MA, I believe that self quarantine would have to be utilized. The only way that forced vaccination could be done is if the military rounded up people.
