A new law just passed in Massachusetts imposes fines of up to $1000 per day and up to a 30 day jail sentence for not obeying authorities during a public health emergency. So if you are instructed to take the swine flu vaccine in Massachusetts and you refuse, you could be facing fines that will bankrupt you and a prison sentence on top of that.

If you have not realized it yet, the controversy over swine flu vaccinations is about to get very, very real. The authorities know that a lot of people are extremely concerned about the safety of the swine flu vaccine, and they are putting the infrastructure in place to deal with those dissenters.
Let us hope that the worst case scenario with the swine flu does not take place, but the reality is that health authorities across the United States are gearing up for the biggest vaccination campaign in the nation's history. It looks like this fall could be very, very interesting.

You are 100% wrong, I read the bill and there is no misrepresentation of the facts. Apparently a product of our public school system or you let your progressive thinking block what limited ability you have to think. This country is teedering on the edge and if we all do not wake up Venzuela will look like a free and democratic country. But this is not just Obama, the ground work for this has taken many years to bring us to this point and while it was happening the people slept. Get “out and about” a bit in your reading. Cast a casual eye over the mainstream-media (where you get to hear what the powers that be want you to hear) and then look through the uncontrolled alternative media for what’s really going on. Another trick of course, also used to distort statistical outcomes is reclassification and changing the reporting rules. Be a little more skeptical, Sue, and for a start, follow the money! Investigate for yourself. Unfortunately, I don’t have the time to go through all my stuff and give you the citations and sources, but if you keep your ear to the ground, (not the mainstream media) its easy to find.

People need to rethink their allegiance to doctors. The HMO style GP office is forced to “get em in and out” in 10 minutes or less. 1) A good argument as to why flu vaccines are useless (at best). As I understand it, ‘flu mutates every year. The toxic adjuvants and preservatives found in vaccinations, such as thimerasol (mercury), squaline and formaldehyde have no safe level in the human body and are an assault on our immune systems.
2) You are making the same point that the alternative media have been. H1N1 is a “pandemic” only by definition in that it has been found around the globe. In its current form its no more a worry than the normal flu. Yet, all of a sudden governments are following WHO instructions to stop testing and assume anyone with flu sypmtoms has the swine flu. Apparently, against all odds the normal flu has gone on holiday. NOW ASK WHY.

Have you not heard that your government has worked hard to undermine it and to label those who talk about it as “terrorists”? The poor girl, at 18 (her mother is a customer of mine) is too strong for her parents to handle against her tantrums, rips her clothes off, including her feminine hygiene products and leaving the traces of her adolescent femininity around the soft furnishings has no inhibitions to appearing totally nude in public (in front of the visiting catholic priest no less). Is she a statistic? No, of course not. Like countless others, she was never reported even as an adverse reaction. Her doctor conceded, “the vaccination TRIGGERED the state, but it didn’t CAUSE it. No causal link? Oh come on… . Incidentally, causal link has been reluctantly admitted now by the FDA. Stay up to date.

I was contacted in St. Louis to be a volunteer ($75 a visit for pay) for the flu vac testing. They wanted pregnant women, young children, and young adults.
I explained that I am allergic to eggs and cannot take the vaccine and asked to be informed what I can do ahead of time to assure I will not take the vac. No reply.
It worries me that they are testing with 5 shots the unborn. That is way too much, but the pay makes sure they get many pregnant women. How sad and scary!

No flu vaccine has ever been shown to have prevented one case of flu or saved one life. The virus mutates so quickly that any vaccine that is produced from a strain that the “experts” choose is obsolete by the time it is manufactured. It is not paranoia but merely common sense to refuse to let a government inject you with something. What is really interesting is that all those libs that have been chanting about “choice” are now against it. So they are for “choice” when it involves a woman’s desire to kill her baby and against choice when it involves an individuals desire to prevent the government from doing him harm and possibly killing him, with a vaccine that is not proven to be the least bit effective.

I am almost 85 years old, and I will go to my death before taking the swine flu shot.
Well, I checked out the Mass.gov site and the Bill No. 2028. In section 13(b) it says: “Furthermore, when the commissioner or a local public health authority within its jurisdiction determines that either or both of the following measures are necessary to prevent a serious danger to the public health the commissioner or local public health authority may exercise the following authority:
(1) to vaccinate or provide precautionary prophylaxis to individuals as protection against communicable disease and to prevent the spread of communicable or possibly communicable disease, provided that any vaccine to be administered must not be such as is reasonably likely to lead to serious harm to the affected individual; and
(2) to treat individuals exposed to or infected with disease, provided that treatment must not be such as is reasonably likely to lead to serious harm to the affected individual.
An individual who is unable or unwilling to submit to vaccination or treatment shall not be required to submit to such procedures but may be isolated or quarantined pursuant to section 96 of chapter 111 if his or her refusal poses a serious danger to public health or results in uncertainty whether he or she has been exposed to or is infected with a disease or condition that poses a serious danger to public health, as determined by the commissioner, or a local public health authority operating within its jurisdiction.
Note that they cannot force someone to be vaccinated, BUT
In Section 14 they say
“(c) Isolation and quarantine orders must utilize the least restrictive means necessary to prevent a serious danger to public health, and may include, but are not limited to, restricting a person from being present in certain places including but not limited to school or work; confinement to private homes; confinement to other private or public premises; or isolation or quarantine of an area.
(d) An officer authorized to serve criminal process may arrest without a warrant any person whom the officer has probable cause to believe has violated an order for isolation or quarantine and shall use reasonable diligence to enforce such order.
(e) Any person who knowingly violates an order for isolation or quarantine shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 30 days and may be subject to a civil fine of not more than one thousand dollars per day that the violation continues.”
SO, basically they can’t FORCE you to get the vaccine, BUT, if you don’t you can be quarantined and if you need to leave your house to do things such as go to work or buy food, you can be arrested and fined.
Two quick points to make.
1. There are those who use the word “paraniod” when referring to conspiracies, yet ironically, nearly all white collar crime is, by definition, a conspiracy. Ironically, those who don’t believe in conspiracies are simply those who don’t research them. And why do they not research them? Because they are, in fact, afraid to fact the reality that they do exist. A perfect irony.
2. Forced vaccination is part of a global eugenics program. Here is some interesting information about sterilization drugs being put into vaccines without your knowledge. And let’s not forget agenda 21.

This law did not pass. The state senate voted for it, but it has never come up for vote in the House. MassLPA fought this bill tooth and nails, showing up at the state house every day bringing in outraged citizens demanding their Reps vote against it. The bill hasn’t been killed yet, but we’re not letting it pass here in Massachusetts.
This vaccine contains things biblically prohibited. That might make it fit the definition of the mark of the beast.

1977 I was ORDERED to get the swine flu shot. I got it. The next day (after I got it) we were ordered to NOT get it. My muscles in my calves were showing spasms. Of course the military doctors were saying too soon to be caused by the shot.

Well done – good work on following up on this and reporting the actual wording of the bill. There are however serious concerns even with the part you quote. For example, “least restrictive means necessary to prevent a serious danger”. This sounds good (and is there – I have no doubt – to help the bill pass and satisfy those with questions that it is only benevolent). But in the end it is the authority, or the health care worker who decides what it means (with the help of printed “guidelines”, of course). Even in all innocence, Jimmy may decide that a person has to be completely removed from their community and monitored, while his neighbour Johnny may decide that preventing a person leaving their home is sufficient to prevent spread of a disease. The danger where you try to codify into law things that require discretion is that it becomes subject to abuse by those who are empowered by it, and then it is no longer the Act that you have to fear, but individual ‘tin gods’, and worse still, the disseminated “guidelines” …”issued from time to time”. It is dictatorship by stealth that you really have to watch for. It is the most diabolic, the most deceptive… and the most successful.

This proposed legislation – as I see it – is dictatorship by stealth, and it is part of a total plan. I have seen a video that states the “new” swine flu did not come from mexico at all, it was made in a lab in wisconsin … by the company so eagerly selling us the cure! it stated the company dug up an inuit woman that died in approx. 1902 of the spanish flu, then mixed a wonderful variety of flu virus together. called it the mexican swine flu. I am sickened at all the off the chart greed here…

A 96 year old lady spoke to a group of people. She survived Hitler’s reign. When asked why didn’t the German people stop Hitler, she said that people didn’t believe what he was doing. They considered it so absurd and unbelievable that they considered it bad rumors. She said, over twenty years ago (when I was in college), that she was very concerned with America. She said that she could see some of the same patterns of government behavior and indoctrination that she saw growing up in Germany. She was worried that if the people didn’t stand up and resist that we would become as Germany had with Hitler. I think she is right. I have observed this strange thing, that it never takes very long in any discussion like this for someone to simply lose the plot, forget the topic of discussion and start attacking religion, and more particularly the Bible, christians and christianity. Quite often they do so with a one or two liner that is nothing more than hatred and invective. You did a little better. You managed four lines.
May I gently suggest you seek some help to try and get the massive chip off your shoulder? Bitterness and hatred do lie at the foot of many debilitating physicsal conditions. Get your blood pressure checked … I’m serious.
In the meantime, if you actually read through the contributions in here you’ll find, by and large an intelligent discussion taking place with many quoted sources and many links (tip, just click on the blue ones, and a whole world of education will open up before you.) These will provide at least some of the facts you are demanding, and an entry point into much more. I warn you though that you will have to put in some time and effort to separate the relevant from the hocus-pocus, and take some time too in forming your conclusions as have most of us. Its worth it, because it concerns your whole future and there ARE things you can do, if you inform yourself.
