Avoid Bird Flu

Step 1: Avoid getting Flu Shots, and Vaccines.

Studies have shown the flu shot is ineffective at preventing the flu. In fact, you are at at risk of severly being harmed by the vaccine as they contain mercury, aluminum, and formaldehyde that severly poision your body.

They claim that they use "Formaldehyde to inactivate the virus".

Though In fact,

"Ingestion of as little as 30 mL (1 oz.) of a solution containing 37% formaldehyde has been reported to cause death in an adult" Agency For Toxic Substances & Disease Regestry

Aluminum is added to promote an antibody response.  For a tiny newborn, this toxic dose would be 10 to 20 mcg; for an adult, it would be about 350 mcg.  Remember, it is not only in the vaccines, but in several food additives (such as baby formula,of all things)and cosmetics products, the point is, it adds up over time, to where your body has been poisioned with it.  The various chemicals over time will shut down your immune system rendering you helpless againt the flu.  Your body does give you warning signals.  Often times depending on the chemical, your bodies warning signals are headaches, or fatique, dizzyiness ect.  Eventually with enough exposure, your body forms cancer and other diseases.

Other additives and adjuvants in the flu vaccine include Triton X-100 (a detergent), Polysorbate 80, (carbolic acid), ethylene glycol (antifreeze), gelatin, and various antibiotics – neomycin, streptomycin, and gentamicin.

Two-thirds of the vaccines made for the 2008–09 flu season, 100 million of them, contain full-dose thimerosal, an organomercury compound, which is 49% mercury by weight. (An unidentified number of the other 50 million vaccines contain either "no" or "trace" amounts of thimerosal.) It is used to disinfect the vaccine.

Each one of these 100 million flu shots contain 25 micrograms of mercury, a mercury content that is 50,000 part per billion, 250 times more than the Environmental Protection Agency’s safety limit. Mercury is a neurotoxin, which has a toxicity level 1,000 times that of lead. Combining mercury with aluminum and formaldehyde, renders them much more toxic together through a synergistic effect than each would be alone.

It is a good idea to start reading the labels on your food to avoid processed foods, and geneticly enginerred foods that LOWER your immune system.(High-fructose corn syrup, Aspertaime,) Start eating raw, and superfoods, and avoid packaged foods.

Get plenty of rest, exercise, and quit smoking. The object is to get your immune system back its natural state. There are so many things in our enviroment, (Air-chemtrails), (Food-food additives), (Water- Floride poision) (Medications) that LOWER your immune system and poision your body rendering it helpless when A Flu comes around.

Ste p 3- Take Immune Boosters and Anti-viral agents, and build up your body to its natural state.

Some natural experts recommend the following to boost your immune system.....
