The package insert for the Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 Monovalent Vaccine manufactured by Novartis has been leaked on the Internet. According to that package insert, the vaccine (based on an earlier vaccine product known as Fluvirin) is known to cause a whole host of very nasty side effects such as guillain-barre syndrome, vasculitis, anaphylactic shock and even death.
Of course anyone who has been studying vaccine side effects already knows that it causes all of these things, but the story here is that the insert for the swine flu vaccine itself is admitting all of these things. The insert says that it was updated during September 2009, so it reflects the very latest information.

Dr Blaylock’s List of suggestions on How to Reduce the Toxic Effects of the A/H1N1 Vaccine, is as follows:
1. Number one on the list says Dr Blaylock, is to bring a cold pack with you and place it on the site of the injection as soon as you can, as this will block the immune reaction. Once you get home, continue using a cold pack throughout the day. If you continue to have immune reactions the following day, have cold showers and continue with the cold press.
2. Take fish oil. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), one of the omega 3 fatty acids found in fish oil supplements, is a potent immune suppressant. If you take high dose EPA you will be more susceptible to infections, because it is a powerful immune suppressant. However, in the case of an immune adjuvant reaction, you want to reduce it. Studies show that if you take EPA oil one hour before injecting a very powerful adjuvant called lipopolysaccharide (LPS), it would completely block the ability of the LPS to cause brain inflammation. Take a moderate dose everyday and more if needed to tame a cytokine storm.
3. Flavonoids are third on the list, namely curcumin, quercetin, ferulic acid and ellagic acid, particularly in a mixture. The curcumin and quercetin in particular have been found to block the ability of the adjuvants to trigger a long-term immune reaction. If you take it an hour before the vaccination, it should help dampen the immune reactions says Dr Blaylock.
4. Vitamin E, the natural form that is high in gamma-E will help dampen the immune reactions and reduces several of the inflammatory cytokines.
5. An important ingredient on the list is Vitamin C at a dose of 1000 mg, taken four times a day between meals. It is a very potent anti-inflammatory and should be taken in a buffered form, not as absorbic acid, says Dr Blaylock.
6. Also use astaxanthin as it’s an anti-inflammatory. According to Dr Blaylock, fatal reactions to vaccines in aboriginal and African children occurred in those who were deficient in carotinoids, like astaxanthin. It is a good protection against the toxic effects of the vaccine.
7. Likewise, it was found that children who were deficient in zinc had a high mortality rate. Zinc is very protective against vaccine toxicity. (Do not use zinc mixed with copper however, as copper is a major trigger of free-radical generation according to Dr Blaylock).
8. Ensure you avoid all immune-stimulating supplements, such as mushroom extracts, whey protein and beta-glucan.
9. Take a multivitamin-mineral daily one that does not contain iron. This multivitamin-mineral is to make sure your body has plenty of B vitamins and selenium. Selenium, said Dr Blaylock, is very important for fighting viral infections and it reduces the inflammatory response to vaccines.
10. Magnesium citrate/malate 500 mg of elemental magnesium two capsules, three times a day. (This was not mentioned during the show, but was posted at Dr Deagle’s website, ClayandIron.com).
11. What is very important is vitamin D3, which is the only ‘vitamin’ the body can manufacture from sunlight (UVB). It is a neural hormone, not really a vitamin says Dr Blaylock and helps if you are over-reacting immunologically by cooling down the reaction. Similarly, if you are under-reacting, it helps to boost your immune response. In addition it also protects against microorganism invasion.
Black people and those in colder climates are particularly deficient, so they will almost certainly require supplementation.
Dr Blaylock recommends that following vaccination it will help to keep the immune reaction under control if:
i) All children get 5,000 units a day for two weeks after the vaccine and then 2,000 a units a day thereafter;
ii) Adults get 20,000 units a day after the vaccine for two weeks, then 10,000 units a day thereafter;
iii) And with that adults should take 500-1000 mg of calcium a day and children under the age of 12 years should take 250 mg a day, as vitamin D works more efficiently in the presence of calcium.
12. Ensure you avoid all mercury-containing seafood or any other sources of mercury, as the heavy metal is a very powerful inducer of autoimmunity, is known to make people more susceptible to viral infections and will be in H1N1 vaccines.
13. Avoid the oils that significantly suppress immunity and increase inflammation - such as corn, safflower, sunflower, soybean, canola and peanut oils.
14. Drink very concentrated white tea at least four times a day. It helps to prevent abnormal immune reactions.
15. Pop parsley and celery in a blender and drink 8 ounces of this mixture twice a day. Dr Blaylock says the parsley is very high in a flavonoid called apigenin and that celery is high in luteolin. Both are very potent in inhibiting autoimmune diseases, particularly the apigenin, so go and plant some parsley in your garden now.

So what can we learn from all of this?
First of all, if you blindly trust that the swine flu vaccine or even the regular seasonal flu vaccine is perfectly safe, then you are being completely and totally reckless.
The reality is that no vaccine is 100% safe.
Before you ever let someone stick a needle in your arm, do some serious research and find out about these things for yourself.
After you get vaccinated, you are responsible if something goes wrong. If you develop some really nasty side effects, nobody is going to pay for it.
Thanks to the government, you will not be able to sue anyone for harm you receive from the swine flu vaccine. If it destroys your health you are out of luck.
Secondly, if you have taken a flu vaccine, there are some things you can do. Take Dr. Blaylock's suggestions seriously. The human body is an incredible healing machine if you give it the materials that it needs.

Any vaccine is better than the disease it immunises against.
Stop trying to scare people who are just trying to protect themselves and their family from swine flu. You never know what the disease will be like next year. If it mutates and starts killing, won’t you be glad you had the shot?
All those side effects aren’t all going to happen at once. That is an exhaustive list of anything that may happen if you are incredibly unlucky or already unwell, and the drug company discloses these so that you can be prepared for the (mostly harmless) side effects, and IF a dangerous one comes along you are informed and know what to do.

Tell them your life, and therefore the life of your family is at stake if you receive this vaccine and you’re not willing to risk it. As them if you can sue them if something should happen to you for mandating this, and regardless, everyone should put in their medical files that they are allergic to Thimerisol and or metallics-mercury. They dare not give you a vaccine containing it then. I have had nurses say that I should have the yearly flu shot, but then see my allergy list and say, never mind you can’t have it, I see you have an allergy. They wouldn’t give you penecillin if you had an allergy to it, would they? Ask to see the insert to the box of the vaccine they are filling the syringe with. Read the insert of H1N1 online link above, lots of warnings within it for prenant women, children under 4, have someone present for possible shock reaction, etc. Yet who are they stressing to get this shot? Pregnant women, children, elderly, immune compromised sick people. What the ? My son went into paralysis over a routine school booster shot after being told the shots are new and improved and not harmful any more. The ER doctor said he’d be better off getting the disease than what he went through because the disease itself can now be treated with medicine and stopped before death. The results of the vaccines on the immune system are permanent. Put it back on those mandating to research and take liability for a million if you get sick. Have them sign, you sign and I’ll sign. Tell them it is a human rights violation. In Canada our health care professionals have the right to refuse a flu shot. The only catch is that some hospitals make them sign a waiver if they refused. On the other hand I had the flu in June, it lasted a 27 days and it was a strain to breath (I had no secondary health condition). Personally, I would do the flu over again than take a vaccine that almost covers every medical condition in the Merk Manual.
Anyway, tell your boss you will sign a waiver, and compromise by wearing a mask and keep washing your hands.

I work for a hospital and have been told that if I refuse the flu shot I have to sign a paper stating why I oppose it. This is totally against my consitutional rights. Do we have any rights re this matter

Let them know that given the fact the pharma corps signed off on all liability for this vaccine, and given this expectation is a violation of current standing international law, specifically the Nuremberg Code, (google it, print it up, have it on hand) which expressly forbids the mandated use of ANY kind of experimental use of ANY drug on ANY person without that person’s, (or that person’s legal parent or guardian’s) fully informed consent. From a risk/benefit ratio perspective, the fact is it is impossible for anyone to assure you in writing (w/ legal witnesses present!) that this vaccine is “safe” or even “necessary”, especially given the harm they already have admitted it can do, right in the product insert. Also, you should ask why, if this was not a condition of your job requirement at the time of hiring, under what law they think they can change your job description or requirement without your consent? Using this involuntary mandate as a condition of keeping your job is illegal, a violation of your civil & constitutional rights.
Go find a new job. You work to live. You shouldn’t live to work. Don’t let your job shorten or destroy your life. Jobs come and go. You only get this life, why destroy it trying to avoid something that you may never get in the first place.

Hi Sue, I too am a healthcare worker in NY. We were mandated to get seasonal flu shot over the last 2 weeks or we would lose our jobs. And as soon as the SWINE Flu vaccine is in at my facility we are also mandated to get that one too. Many of us are extremely worried, but we are worried about our jobs as well. We know in these tough economic times we cannot afford to have our jobs in jeopardy, so noone is coming forward to fight this mandation. We are told it is statewide mandated by the ny state dept of health for all health care workers. This is a very scary feeling of not having control over what we put into our bodies, and what we are being forced to put into our bodies. I welcome any comments,support, negative or positive.
I am a nurse in Birmingham, Al and I am concerned as well. We are not being forced to take the regular vaccine but we have to take it or sign a declination. On some units they are threatening to reassign them if they don’t take it. I suggest you do some serious prayer and research to find out what your options and rights are. As a healthcare worker, you should already know that any drug you put into your system has a host of side effects! You should also know that most of the side affects are rare, and the most common ones are highlighted on the package inserts and in your PDR! I am not saying that the government and makers of these flu vaccines are not behind something sinister, which doesn’t make sense at all, but you of all people should realize the importance of vaccines…. look at the diseases that have virtually been erradicated. Your comments tend to make me think that you may work in the healthcare system…. but perhaps NOT in the nursing profession, otherwise you would know these things. A little bit of knowledge laced with a lot of ignorance tends to leave one paranoid and rocking the boat for others!
Get a RELIGIOUS exemption, saying that you take full responsibility and that you are religiously against any kind of injection/vaccine/blood transfusion or whatever.

In 1976 my grandmother received a flu shot and developed Guillain-Barre Syndrome as a result of the flu shot and died.
I would agree on the religous part… Ive heard, but I dont know if its true… but its possible you can say your allergic to eggs. From what Ive read the vaccine has strains of egg in it, thats how they creat the vaccine, in an egg.

The reference to Guillain-Barre in the insert is based on 1) experience with the swine flu vaccine from 1976 and 2) experience with FLUVARIN (the regular seasonal flu vaccine). Here’s the actual text from the insert:

The 1976 swine influenza vaccine was associated with an increased frequency of Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS). Evidence for a causal relation of GBS with subsequent vaccines prepared from other influenza viruses is unclear. If influenza vaccine does pose a risk, it is probably slightly more than 1 additional case/1 million persons vaccinated.
Immunization of the entire US population would likely result in fewer than 400 cases of GBS. The H1N1 flu has already killed 477 people in the US alone. Your article could provide this information with a lot less fear mongering.
It has been brought to my attention that if one is expected to be given the H1N1 nasal mist vaccination (which is the live virus form) they should not receive it prior to three weeks before getting the flu vaccine. If one has already gotten the flu vaccine, they should wait three weeks before getting the N1H1 mist vaccine.
The CDC has published this, but very few school and pediatric nurses or doctors know this.
I received this shot and had NO side effects what so ever… I wish people would realize that all the vaccines you have had as children & the ones you vaccinate your children have all the same side effects!!!

If you actually READ the package insert linked to above, it says

If influenza vaccine does pose a risk, it is probably slightly more than 1 additional case/1 million persons vaccinated.” If we do the math, 1 case in 1 million people is approximately 304 people with Guillain-Barre in the US if absolutely everyone got vaccinated. By contrast, 43 children dead of H1N1 so far in October 2009 alone. And October’s not over yet.
As far as the long list of adverse events goes, health problems happen. And sometimes they happen to happen after you had a flu shot. Most of the time, it’s coincidence. But in case it isn’t, you should let the CDC and the scientists know, and you can do that here:

the whole h1n1 hype is a bit much to be honest, anyways, vaccines aside… the seasonal flu kills an average of 36,000 people a year and about 200,000 people get it a year so thats a death rate of about 20% or 1/8…. people never made such a big deal about that and those numbers are pretty big… hell millions of people are infected with aids around the world and people still don’t wear condoms… its all a bunch of media hype

A friend took her son to get his 2 year check up and refused MMR due to vaccine risk concerns. She was delaying and would get them separately. The MD insisted she give him the seasonal flu shot because the flu was going to be bad that year (it was 2003 I believe). She complied, not having done any research on the flu shot. Her son developed fever that night, had diarrhea and illness for three weeks, stopped walking and talking. Six months later he was crawling around the house banging his head on the wall and crying all day. She could barely complete a sentence because she was so devastated. An investigation confirmed vaccine induced Autism. I will never give the flu shot to my kids after seeing what it has done to my friend and her only child.
I think it should be a choice to have the shots or not but when you work in the health care industry this should be mandatory(if not shots then blood work testing) as you are dealing with many different people whether it be the elderly or what have you. But this could also be argued with wearing the face masks n hand sanitizing. In Canada most of the hospitals I’ve been in all the nurses wear the face masks and wash hands/sanitize hands constantly.
Think about your future. What would you like or who would you want to be around at that time. Someone who could have the flu not realizing it, passing it on to you and you dying because you’re system can not handle it. There are people who are just carriers of these diseases, they do not actually become affected by the disease. Now I’m not for the vaccine’s either as they do put things into your body that shouldn’t be there, and with everything going on in this day and age how can you be sure that is what you are getting? It’s hard to choose but its a choice you do have to make. I wish all of you health care workers luck with the mandating vaccines.

The FDA requires that ANY symptom reported during testing phases must be put on the label. Which means that if someone who has a pre-existing condition mentions the symptom, ie: I have a heart condition and I had chest pain, and if I am on the trial, they HAVE to put that symptom on the package even if it has nothing to do with the vaccine. People now have no idea of the devastation of a pandemic. I remember my grandfather talking about the 1918 flu which wiped out entire families on his block, and took his baby brother. “Every house had a black wreath on the door (signifying a death).” I still think however, that the vaccine should be voluntary to all.
I have never been so ashamed to be a science teacher in my entire life. How can there be so many scientifically and mathematically ignorant people in what are supposed to be advanced industrialized nation. There is NO, I repeat NO causational link between vaccinations and GBS or autism. There is a correlation between vaccinations and GBS or autism which amounts to approximately a 1 in a million increase in the probability that either disease could occur if in fact the vaccination actually causes either disease. However in almost all cases correlation does NOT mean causation. If it did then churchs would cause crime since almost all areas in which there is high density of churchs also have higher crime rates. However if we assume the very worst case scenario in which vaccinations cause either GBR or autism you are still 1000 times more likely to die of the seasonal flu than you are to contract GBR or autism from a vaccination. Get a grip people or better yet an education!

My friend was diagnosed w/GBS today. She had the H1N1 vaccine on Tuesday. She woke up friday morn. with one side of her face paralized, now almost her whole face is paralized. She is starting blood and plasma transfusions tonight. She will be transferred to Barnes hospial soon for more extensive testing. To those who laugh at the severity of this strange, unknown sickness and vaccine I hope you stay informed and not ignorant.
I am a healthcare employee…..the only vaccine offered to employees was the live vaccine. I decided to get it and be the “guinea pig” instead of my toddler. Received the nasal spray on Tuesday, woke up Wednesday with a sore throat and stuffy nose, Thursday had a terrible chest congestion/cough with fever and splitting headache, Friday all symptoms were worse and I couldn’t breathe! I was diagnosed on Friday with H1N1 and pneumonia….. good thing I got the vaccine, huh?

You said you had received the Nasal Spray form of the Vaccine on Tuesday the Nasal Spray Vaccine is a LIVE VIRUS meaning if you have received this type of Vaccine, you are putting yourself at almost 100% chance of getting H1N1, because you put a LIVE bug into your system. You contracted H1N1 from the LIVE Vaccine, and became sick with Pneumonia because you should have went to the Doctor on WED, because you were already showing syptoms, if you would have went earlier, you would have NOT got pneumonia. The shot, is a killed version of the virus, and you CAN NOT catch the flu from a dead vaccine, you may get symptoms, headache, fever, which is your body building antibodies. And yes it IS a good thing you got the vaccine, because you now have given your body a chance to reconize the virus and build antibodies to further prevent infection.
Government workers were always the target. Why go to school for all those years just to be dictated to and make very little financial compensation in return? Tell the next generation that working for the government is the most dangerous job you can have if you are going to give in and take the shot. At least warn the kids to do something productive with their lives, other than rot with needles in your arms for a job that pays $50,000 per year. They control your income, they control you. If you read the insert to the H1N1 vaccine, the first page states it was never tested at all for pregnant women. Guess who they are trying to give it to first? Pregnant women of course. Someone stated ” not all are going to happen at once”. Maybe not but, I am notgoing get the vaccination. I would really hate for the one side effect of death to be the first side effect to show up, that would really ruin my day. One of the reasons why this crap spreads is because of the work place. I worked for Wal Mart for 5 years, they now have a policy that you must call a hotline to report any missing time from work. They are also on a point system, you can only miss 6 days a year before displinary action is taken, and if you miss 3 days you must take a medical leave of absent. If the Goverment cared one bit about the American people they would step in and warn employers about sick workers and give them rights about missing work without any action taken on the employee, but that isn’t going to happen any time soon in our lives.

I have been told several different opinions on the swine flu vaccine.I have been wondering what to do because of the effect that swine flu has on pregnant women.First of all,my friend who is an L.P.N. is pregnant,two weeks behind me.She had the swine flu vaccine on Wed.,the following Mon. she developed chest pain,went to the e.r.,found out she had pneumonia.She had no symptoms and was very surprised to find out what she had,She is now on two different kinds of antibiotics.My three children were diagnosed two-weeks ago with the swine flu,they were treated with tami-flu and antibiotics,although my son had to be taken off the tami-flu because of side effects(upset stomach).We used hand sanitizer,good handwashing,the children used face masks,provided free of charge through their pediatrician,and treated with childrens tylenol.We also used lysol spray and lysol wipes to clean with.Washed all dishes in the dishwasher and children’s laundry seperate on hot wash.The children missed over a week of school.One child is 7,one is 9,and the other is 11.These things do work.I am being told to go ahead an vaccinate my children even though they have had the swine flu because of my daughters possible asthma,with her being so young.Starting to think that is not necessary.One more thought,I wonder why they are telling pregnant women to be vaccinated with all of these risks when there are so many possible reactions and side-effects and unknown effects on the fetuses.Noticed that one thing used in the swine-flu vaccine is Mercury. I know that Mercury is very dangerous for a fetus.That is why pregnant women are told to fully cook their fish and to stay away from eating certain kinds of fish.Just dont understand why this vaccine is being pushed onto pregnant women when the doctors arent even positive of its harmful effects,and Mercury? Not good.I understand that some pregnant women have died and lost their babys but what if them or their babys are harmed because not even the doctors or pharmicists know the effects of this vaccine?Is this a risk worth taking? Or are we all just being used as an experiment?
What a shame that in todays day and age there is such silly fear. Hate to break it to all of you who are worried about recieving the H1N1 vaccine but life is dangerous. Just getting out of bed has risks…taking a shower or driving to work. All of these things are far, far more risky than getting sick from a vaccine. Hello…does anyone understand statisics…. people die and yes, some people may die from a vaccine just like some people may die from the effects of coffee. It happens but gee, would you rather put a weakened version of a virus which was grown under strict conditions and which will ulimately make you stronger or be exposed to a wild virus which will make you sick? I just received the live virus because my friend came down with Swine flu…no it didn’t kill her but boy was she sick. I cannot afford to get sick for 2 weeks. I eat organic food, take proper vitamins – in other words worry about important stuff and take care of yourself. But you nurses posting here – please take some time off…go get a proper education/training and learn how to do your job. Your comments are truly scary as they show a true lack of judgment. Yikes!

I’m a wife, mother, gram, and I’m a writer. I have been researching and researching for a good reason to get the shot for H1N1, and have not found one yet. I’ve been bombared with e-mails back from professionals( such as Pharmacy) that say it’s not tested enough and the ingredients are alarming… look at what’s on youtube…an other sites…I simply suggest as I am doing, really look into the issue at hand before you get injected-is the cure worse than the illness? I do get get shots when I need to-since having the regular flu shot I have not had the seasonal flu for 13 years now. This one- I cannot find a safe reason to get it, and I’m asthmatic, diabetic and have high BP..and I still cannot find a good reason to put it into my body with t he ingredients they have in it…

sorry but when you list all the side effects, you are leaving out that all these are “POSSIBLE” side effects that MAY happen, mostly rare. They may never happen. Its almost like they want to list them in case any one wants to sue the company for having these side effects.

Its like my patients who read all the possible side effects on the label and dont take the medicine. why do you come back to see me if you dont take the medicine given to you? no wonder you still have the problem !
For a one in a million chance of getting a temporary neurologic problem (not that I want to get it), I wouldnt bypass the opportunity to protect my self, my family and my patients from an unknown virus/ disease that may cause significant damage/ death.

I am getting mine today. Lot of the stuff listed under things to do to prevent immune reactions, I havent heard of them, ro dont know ehre to find them.
Also, if the vaccine’s job is to stimulate an immune reaction in your body, so the body can develop antibodies against the virus, you sure dont want to mess up that reaction !

This article lost it’s credibility right off with line one of the very first paragraph. Perhaps someone needs to get their facts straight before publishing “facts” on the internet. This is yet another case of how one should NEVER take articles off of the internet as factual, unless they come from credible sources. I just had a visit with my family doctor and found out that Influenza A is NOT H1N1. They are not the same!!! The writer of this article does not seem to know this. There are many conspiracy theories concerning immunizations. Some people brag that they don’t immunize their kids and that their kids don’t get sick. Let’s be logical here, the kids that aren’t immunized don’t get sick because those diseases are not in rampant because other people are getting their kids immunized! All the paranoid people that don’t get immunized are depending on those who are getting immunized. In the end it’s immunizations that are keeping these diseases at bay. Let’s use our heads here. If everyone was a paranoid, we’d have alot of diseases rampant that could be avoided. Therefore I think the paranoid should keep their paranoid ideas and thoughts to themselves, because if everyone took on the approach of paranoia in life, we’d be in some serious trouble with diseases that could be avoided with vaccines!
