Recently the local hospitals here in Massachusetts refused to allow me to continue my nursing education because they have "tightened up" their policy on vaccinations. They refused to allow me to do a clinical rotation for my med-surg class. In fact, many hospitals here are now requiring ALL employees to be fully vaccinated, including the seasonal flu vaccine which by the way now has the H1N1 included in it for this year, 2011.
